ENDONEST ICG Fluorescence Imaging Technology

A 4K ICG Camera System is an advanced surgical imaging technology that combines ultra-high-definition 4K resolution with Indocyanine Green (ICG) fluorescence imaging. The 4K camera provides exceptionally sharp, detailed, and lifelike images, while ICG technology enables real-time visualization of blood flow, tissue perfusion, lymphatic structures, and critical anatomy using a special fluorescent dye. This combination helps surgeons achieve greater precision, improved visibility, and enhanced decision-making during minimally invasive and complex surgical procedures, contributing to safer surgeries and better patient outcomes.

ICG (Indocyanine Green) Fluorescence Imaging helps surgeons visualize tissue perfusion, blood flow, and lymphatic structures during open and minimally invasive surgeries. After injecting ICG dye into the bloodstream, the camera system detects the fluorescence signal and displays real-time images for accurate surgical guidance.

Key Clinical Benefits

Tissue Perfusion Visualization
Allows surgeons to clearly assess blood flow and tissue viability during procedures.

Biliary Duct Identification
Helps visualize biliary anatomy during procedures such as laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

Real-Time Surgical Guidance
Provides live fluorescence imaging to support better surgical decision-making and improved patient outcomes.

Near-Infrared (NIR) Fluorescence Imaging

This technology uses near-infrared light to excite ICG dye, which emits fluorescence captured by the camera system. The result is real-time visualization of tissues, organs, lymphatic vessels, and tumor perfusion.

Sentinel Lymph Node Detection

Fluorescence-guided Sentinel Lymph Node (SLN) biopsy in breast cancer patients has been shown to be as effective as traditional tracer techniques, supporting accurate lymph node detection during surgery.
